Where I’ve Been — And What’s Coming Next

If you’ve noticed it’s been a little quiet around here lately… you’re not wrong.

Writing has a strange rhythm to it. Sometimes the words pour out like a storm, and sometimes they pull back into silence while the next story is forming beneath the surface. The past few months have been a bit of both for me.

I’ve been deep in the world of The Alpha’s Legacy, finishing and shaping the next pieces of Freya’s journey. That world has lived inside my mind for a long time now — the wolves, the prophecy, the shadows, and the fate waiting on the other side of the portal. But stories like that take everything out of you. They demand time, emotion, and a lot of late nights staring at the page while your characters decide what kind of chaos they want to cause next.

So for the moment, I’m doing something a little unexpected.

I’m stepping away from The Alpha’s Legacy for a short while.

Not because the story is finished — far from it — but because sometimes the best thing a writer can do for a world is give it room to breathe. Freya’s story is still unfolding, and when I return to it, I want to bring the same intensity and depth that it deserves.

In the meantime, something else has been whispering in the dark.

A new story.

This one is very different from anything I’ve written before.

It centers around a demon of wealth — ancient, calculating, and bound to a ledger filled with the bargains of desperate mortals. For centuries he has watched humans trade pieces of their souls for fortune, power, and fleeting desires. He knows exactly how far people will fall when their backs are against the wall.

Then he meets a woman who has nothing left.

She isn’t chasing luxury or greed. She is drowning in debt, buried so far beneath the weight of it that the future begins to look like a locked door with no key. To her, wealth isn’t indulgence — it’s survival.

And when desperation meets a demon who governs fortune, a bargain is inevitable.

But deals with demons are never simple… and the line between salvation and damnation is thinner than either of them expected.

This story is darker, stranger, and a little more wicked than my previous work. It explores temptation, fate, and what happens when two beings from completely different worlds discover that the most dangerous contract of all might be love.

The title of this new book will be revealed very soon.

While this new project has been unfolding, I’ve also been building something else that many of you have already started to see behind the scenes: Bloodbound Books Publishing & Apothecary.

What started as a dream to publish my own stories has grown into something much bigger — a place where books, storytelling, and handcrafted creations can live together. From special editions and bookish treasures to teas, candles, and scents inspired by the worlds I write, Bloodbound is becoming its own little universe.

And this is only the beginning.

There are new books coming.
New worlds forming.
New secrets waiting to be revealed.
